Nick Giganti came to Philadelphia in 2002 at the age of 18 to attend the Fox School of Business at Temple University. During his time there he worked with landlords in the immediate area with renting and managing their properties in order to make extra money to pay for tuition. After graduating with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting, Nick ended up working initially for SEI Investments and later for Turner Construction. While working in corporate America, Nick knew he wanted to get into what his true passion was and that was real estate. In 2011, he made a decision, forgoing the security of a stable paycheck with benefits, and went into real estate as a full-time sales agent. After working as a solo agent gaining experience, Nick founded The Philly Property Hunters Team in 2017. Since then the team has grown and achieved year-over-year growth. “Our mission and goal for our team are to retain our clients not for just one deal but make them clients for life.
